Certified funds, money order and credit card processing. Drop Box available for 24hour payment access. Late fees accrue after 5th of month.
DTR conducts 1-2 inspections per year for your properties. All issues are packaged in a report for the owner’s review. Emergency repairs can be assessed and immediately handled.
Annual Lease Renewals
Tenants are re-evaluated for additional 12month lease renewal on their anniversary date.
Repairs & Maintenance
We have a quality maintenance team to asses repairs. In-house staff to fix issues correctly and in a timely, cost-effective manner. 1800 repair line to help manage calls.
Unfortunately, there are times when evictions have to occur. We will file dispossessory, attend court, schedule eviction, and assemble team to perform eviction. Our goal is to vacate the property without further damage so it can be re-leased soon as possible.
